What this service is

Global Home Views is a referral network. We are not a licensed contractor and we do not perform construction work. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed and insured contractors who do.

Who performs the work

Any contract for work is between you and the contractor. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship and warranty. We screen for current licensing and active insurance before referring, but we are not a party to your agreement.

Prices shown on this site

Every figure on this site is an estimated range for planning, adjusted for regional costs. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding. Your actual price comes from a written scope after someone has assessed your property.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee a contractor will be available for every project in every market, nor any particular price or timeline.
